Warranty
Vondom stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Subject to the conditions below, products purchased through our online store are covered by a limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
Limited Product Warranty
Vondom furniture is covered by a limited warranty for a period of two years from the original invoice date when used under normal and intended conditions. This coverage is limited to verified defects in materials or workmanship.
Audio components, electrical parts, textiles, upholstery, and cushions are covered for one year from the original invoice date.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, improper care or maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or exposure to severe or adverse weather conditions. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Vondom.
Conditions That May Void the Warranty
The warranty may be void if:
- Valid proof of purchase cannot be provided
- The product was not used for its intended purpose
- Care and maintenance instructions were not followed
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications were performed
- The product was improperly assembled or installed
- The product identification label, serial number, or manufacturing information was removed or altered
- The product was resold or transferred from the original purchaser
- The claimed damage resulted from circumstances excluded under this warranty

Warranty Resolution
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, Vondom may, at its discretion:

Refunds are not automatically provided under this limited warranty and may be issued only when expressly approved by Vondom or required by applicable law.
Processing Time
Initial warranty claims are generally reviewed within 7–10 business days after all required documentation has been received.
Claims requiring additional information, inspection, factory evaluation, replacement production, or international shipping may require additional time. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated after the claim has been approved.
Shipping and Labor Costs
Unless otherwise approved in writing, this warranty covers the qualifying product or component only. Costs associated with removal, disassembly, installation, assembly, packaging, storage, transportation, delivery, labor, or third-party services may not be covered.
Vondom must approve all returns, repairs, replacements, and shipping arrangements in writing before any action is taken.
Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty is the exclusive product warranty offered by Vondom unless additional written coverage is provided with the product or order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vondom is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, business interruption, labor expenses, installation expenses, or damage to surrounding property.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions. Customers may have additional rights under applicable state or federal law.
