• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
• Small parcel items will ship through FED EX, Large parcel items will ship through trucking/LTL companies including but not limited to R&L, ESTES, etc.
  
• Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
• Delivery appointments may be required for oversized furniture items.
• Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, subject to change depending on delivery location.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and reporting any damages within 48 hours.
• Curbside delivery is free unless otherwise specified.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday–Friday begin processing the same day
